Kathy Pyatt

Kathy, the owner of Pyatt & Associates LLC, has been a management coach and trainer since 1998, working with business people in large and mid-sized companies. She is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a personality sorter used by businesses around the world to improve communications and teamwork, reduce conflict at work and help individuals understand themselves and others better. She also uses the Enneagram for career enhancement and self-understanding. Kathy works with teams to help them learn to work more effectively together to reach their common goal. She also helps people who are transitioning in their careers to find new, rewarding paths.

With background in communications, including a career in television as a news anchor, reporter and producer, Kathy began Pyatt & Associates in 1988 as a communications company, producing video, audio and print materials for corporations in the West Michigan area.  In addition to one-on-one coaching, Kathy facilitates Myers-Briggs Type Indicator workshops for many diverse groups, and trains leaders at Kellogg Company, Whirlpool Corporation and other companies. Her other clients have included Pharmacia (Pfizer), Amway Corporation, Perrigo Company, as well as a number of other small and mid-sized companies. She is certified in "Holding Crucial Conversations" training as well as peer mentoring.
